Less than 4 minutes away by car, you will find La Fuente Shopping Center with Aldi and Mercadona and 25 restaurants open all year round.

Less than ten minutes away by car, you will find the Zenia Boulevard shopping center (Orihuela Costa opened in September 2012), which houses 180 stores and has a large indoor and outdoor car park. Inspired by American Open Malls, you will find fashion stores, telephone stores, home improvement stores, home appliances stores, restaurants, bars, a hypermarket, areas for children, playgrounds etc...

It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (except for the cinema and the leisure and restaurant area, which remain open later).

This place has a lot to offer both in terms of restaurants and bars. The nearest ones are all within a 15-minute walk from the apartment in a place called La Fuente. In La Fuente you will find 15 restaurants and 4 bars. By car 2 minutes!

You're also not very far from Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Villamartin and Torrevieja (10 minutes by car).

There are other attractions in the area: Aquapolis, Aquapark Waterworld, a Karting Track, Horseback Riding, Paintball, Sailing, Rio Safari... So many activities that you can enjoy during your stay.

The Costa Blanca is an international destination for its numerous and magnificent golf courses.

Close to the sea and surrounded by mountains, there are no less than 21 courtyards in the region.

The apartment is located less than five minutes' walk from the 18-hole Las Ramblas Golf Course. The golf courses of Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Colinas (2017 award for the most beautiful golf in Spain) are about 5 minutes away by car.
