Respect for privacy — processing of personal data
Mr Vincent Segers whose offices are established on Calle Canal de Panama 330 at 03189 Orihuela Costa, CIF number ES B09699695. (hereinafter “the Company”) and the User who communicates personal data to the latter, undertake to comply with the regulations in force applicable to the processing of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 (RGPD).
The Company collects and processes the identity data and contact details that it receives from the User, in particular via the contact form on the website and from any other useful contact person. The purposes of these treatments are the response to questions asked by the User, the execution of an agreement, the management of customers and their order, accounting and direct prospecting activities, such as the sending of promotional or commercial information. The legal bases are the execution of a contract, the consent of the User, the compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and/or the legitimate interest of the Company.
The abovementioned personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and will only be transmitted, except with the User's consent, to subcontractors, recipients and/or third parties as far as necessary for the purposes mentioned above for said processing.
The User is responsible for the accuracy and updating of the personal data he provides to the Company and undertakes to strictly comply with the provisions of the general data protection regulations with respect to the persons whose personal data he has transmitted, as well as with respect to all possible personal data that he may receive from his own customers.
Personal data is stored and processed for a period of time necessary depending on the purposes of the treatment and the relationship (contractual or not). User data will, in any case, be removed from our systems no later than December 31 of the fifth year following data collection, except for personal data that we are required to keep for a longer period based on specific legislation or in the event of an ongoing dispute for which personal data is required.
By the agreement he gives when entering or communicating his personal data, the User consents, in addition to the treatments defined above, to the collection and use of his personal data in the manner defined below.
The Company collects personally identifiable information (name, address, telephone number, telephone number, telephone number, email address, email address, VAT number, total number of visits to the site, number of visitors to each page of the site, domain names of visitors' Internet service providers, IP addresses, cookies).
The User agrees that his data may be used for advertising, commercial or marketing purposes and agrees to receive, from the Company only, information on his email address (newsletter, etc.) or by post.
Right of access: The User has the right to ask at any time whether his data has been collected, for how long and for what purpose.
Right to correction: the User has the right to request that his false or incomplete data be corrected or completed at any time upon simple request.
Right to limitation of treatment: the User may request a limitation of the processing of his data. This means that the data in question must be “marked” in our computer system and that it can no longer be used for a certain period of time.
Right to delete data ('right to be forgotten'): Subject to the exceptions provided by law, the User has the right to demand that their data be deleted.
Right to data portability: The User may request that their data be transmitted to them in a “structured, commonly used and machine-readable format”.
Right to complain: The User may file a complaint with the data protection authority.
The Company is committed to implementing technical and organizational measures guaranteeing an adequate level of security to protect the confidentiality of data. The Company shall notify the customer of any personal data breach of which it is aware.
